Our hour-long Massages are complete 60 minutes, unlike the national chains and spas that only offer 50 minutes.
Therapeutic Massage- Zen Balance's Signature Massage
Therapeutic Massage uses varying levels of pressure, other than deep tissue, as the therapist tunes into the client and what their body is needing for the best outcome. Your session can target specific areas that are holding tension or knots. The ultimate goal in therapeutic Massage is results, not the amount of pressure.
Relaxation Swedish Massage
One of the most well-known massage techniques, Swedish Massage, uses long flowing strokes and is a wonderfully comforting and soothing massage designed to stimulate circulation and soothe sore muscles. Total rejuvenation!
Lymphatic Drainage Massage (90 minutes only) $150.00
Lymphatic drainage massage uses very light pressure and long rhythmic and pumping strokes to facilitate the lymph fluid moving and directs the toxins into the organs that can correctly remove them. A trained practitioner's hands can simply apply pressure to re-stimulate the natural contractions of the lymphatic system. This type of Massage is excellent pre and post-surgery and for those who suffer from lymphedema.
Prenatal massage* (upgrade price $10.00 60-minutes $15.00 90-minutes)
Nestled with pillows in a side-lying position, this Massage concentrates on the points of a woman's body that are under strain due to the dramatic physical changes that occur during pregnancy. Prenatal Massage uses gentle strokes and can help improve circulation, promote stress reduction, restore mobility, relieve pain, and promotes relaxation. *PLEASE NOTE* We do NOT perform prenatal Massage on expectant mothers in the first trimester of their pregnancy. For the safety of the mother and child, the client must be over three months gestation. Also, Groupon vouchers state no prenatal massage. Prenatal Massage is considered an upgrade.

Reiki is a healing technique based on the use of natural energy. The word Reiki pronounced "ray-key" means spiritual or universal energy. This treatment can be profoundly relaxing and healing. Rate is $90.00 for a 1 hour session Please call to inquire. We also offer dual practitioner Reiki for $130 per 1 hour session.

As a small business, we do not offer cash refunds for pre-paid massages, packages or
gift certificates. If you cannot or wish not to complete all sessions before
the expiration date (1 year from date of purchase) , your credit is in the amount of your original paid cash
value. This credit may be used for any service we offer and can be in the form
